O‘ZBEKISTONDA DAVLAT VA XUSUSIY OLIY TA’LIM MUASSASALARI TADBIRKORLIK IMKONIYATLARINING MOLIYAVIY SALOHIYATI VA RAQOBAT HOLATINING QIYOSIY EKONOMETRIK TAHLILI

O‘zbekistonda xususiy oliy ta’lim sektorining jadal rivojlanishi talabalar, moliyaviy resurslar, akademik kadrlar va institutsional nufuz uchun raqobatni kuchaytirib, oliy ta’lim muassasalarining bozordagi pozitsiyasini shakllantirishda moliyaviy salohiyatning strategik ahamiyatini oshirmoqda. Mazkur tadqiqotda oliy ta’lim muassasalarining moliyaviy salohiyati bilan ularning talabalar bozoridagi ko‘lami o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik hamda ushbu munosabatning davlat va xususiy OTMlarda farqlanishi ekonometrik jihatdan baholanadi. Empirik tahlil O‘zbekistondagi 54 ta oliy ta’lim muassasasini, jumladan, 44 ta davlat va 10 ta xususiy OTMni qamrab oladi. Asosiy tushuntiruvchi o‘zgaruvchi sifatida 2024-yildagi jami daromad, raqobat pozitsiyasining proksi ko‘rsatkichi sifatida esa 2025/2026 o‘quv yilidagi talabalar soni qabul qilindi. Tahlilda mulkchilik shakli bo‘yicha o‘zaro ta’sir hadini o‘z ichiga olgan log-log OLS modeli hamda HC3 robust standart xatolar qo‘llanildi. Natijalar moliyaviy salohiyat va keyingi davrdagi talabalar ko‘lami o‘rtasida kuchli ijobiy bog‘liqlik mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Daromad elastikligi davlat OTMlari uchun 0,992, xususiy OTMlar uchun 0,804 ni tashkil etdi va har ikkala koeffitsiyent statistik ahamiyatli bo‘ldi. Biroq daromad va mulkchilik shaklining o‘zaro ta’sir koeffitsiyenti statistik ahamiyatli bo‘lmadi. Model talabalar sonidagi variatsiyaning qariyb 86,7 foizini izohladi. Natijalar OTMlarning bozordagi ko‘lami moliyaviy salohiyat bilan chambarchas bog‘liqligini, biroq mulkchilik shaklining o‘zi raqobat pozitsiyasini tushuntirish uchun yetarli emasligini ko‘rsatadi
