PROBIOTIK MIKROORGANIZMLARNING INSON SALOMATLIGIDAGI AHAMIYATI

Maqolada probiotik mikroorganizmlarning inson salomatligidagi ahamiyati xalqaro konsensus hujjatlari va klinik tadqiqotlarning tizimli sharhlari asosida nazariy-tahliliy jihatdan ko'rib chiqiladi. Probiotik tushunchasi va uni aniqlash mezonlari, ta'sir mexanizmlari, antibiotik bilan bog'liq diareya, Clostridioides difficile keltirib chiqargan diareya, o'tkir infeksion diareya, yuqori nafas yo'llari infeksiyalari va erta tug'ilgan chaqaloqlarda nekrotizan enterokolit bo'yicha klinik dalillar hamda xavfsizlik masalalari tahlil qilindi. Natijalarga ko'ra, probiotiklarning samaradorligi shtammga va klinik holatga bog'liq: masalan, 63 ta tasodifiylashtirilgan nazoratli sinov meta-tahlilida antibiotik bilan bog'liq diareya xavfi nisbiy xavf 0,58 ga (95% ishonch oralig'i 0,50–0,68) kamaygan, o'tkir infeksion diareyada esa 48 soat va undan uzoq davom etgan diareya ulushiga deyarli ta'sir ko'rsatmagan (nisbiy xavf 1,00). Dalillarning aksariyati past yoki o'rta ishonchlilik darajasiga ega; immuniteti susaygan bemorlar va juda erta tug'ilgan chaqaloqlarda probiotiklardan ehtiyotkorlik bilan foydalanish talab etiladi.
